A Mining house based in Central Africa is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner for a 2yr Contract period

Duties:


    Manage the Smelter Human Resources departmentFunction as an HR subject matter expert
    Qualifications/Requirements:


      Bachelor's degree in human resources or an equivalent qualificationMust have at least 8-10 years' experience as an HR Generalist and Business Partner, preferably within a mining or smelter environment in a multinational companyAt least 4 years of proven management experienceKnowledge of French and Swahili would be advantageous
