Associate Manager, Audiobook Licensing
— New York, United StatesThe Spotify Audiobooks Team is looking for a collaborative, organized, and strategically minded Associate Manager to help shape and scale Spotify’s audiobooks publishing initiatives. In this role, you’ll support content development, licensing, and editorial strategy across a growing portfolio of original and licensed content, helping bring compelling stories to listeners around the world.
You’ll play an important role in the development of Spotify’s Audio First and Spotify Audiobook Selects programs, supporting acquisitions, licensing efforts, and publishing initiatives from concept through release. We’re looking for someone who loves books, storytelling, and culture, and who brings strong editorial instincts, business judgment, and a passion for discovering content that resonates with audiences.
The United States base range for this position is $96,833–$138,333, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
