As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Product Operation Specialists, and business stakeholders, to develop and execute product strategies that align with our business goals and exceed customer expectations.

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a driven and strategic Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Product Operation Specialists, and business stakeholders, to develop and execute product strategies that align with our business goals and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end product roadmap and lifecycle (from ideation to launch), ensuring close alignment with overarching business objectives and customer needs.
- Direct the product launch process within a project environment to guarantee a smooth, timely, and successful rollout to users.
- Prioritize product features and maintain the product backlog in an agile project management framework.
- Develop user personas and detailed user stories to build a profound understanding of target customer needs and behaviors.
- Translate insights on user needs into clear technical requirements and specifications, utilizing Jira for tasks and Confluence for product documentation.
- Partner with cross-functional teams—including Engineering, Marketing, Business Development, Business Analysts, Product Operation Specialists, and key stakeholders—to efficiently bring products to life.
- Track, monitor, and evaluate product performance post-launch, collecting user feedback to implement continuous, data-driven improvements.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to discover industry gaps, stay ahead of emerging fintech trends/technologies, and foster a team culture of innovation.
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Product Manager in the fintech industry or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages would be considered an advantage.
- Proven track record of delivering successful product launches.
- Experience with wireframing and mockup design tools for User Flow Charts and UI/UX e.g. Figma, Moqups, Balsamiq.
- Understanding of the full project lifecycle and SDLC.
- Professional certification (Prince 2, PMP, Scrum Master/Product Owner) would be considered an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines, multitask, and demonstrate strong organizational skills.
