Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Investment Migration Executive based in Saint Julian's, Malta. As an Investment Migration Executive, you will play a key role in advising and supporting high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs), ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNWIs), entrepreneurs, and international investors seeking residency, citizenship, tax residency, and relocation solutions.

You will be responsible for managing client matters from initial consultation through to application approval, ensuring an exceptional client experience while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism, compliance, and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on Malta’s residency, citizenship, tax residency, and international structuring solutions.

• Manage applications from onboarding through to submission and approval.

• Liaise with government authorities, regulators, banks, and professional service providers.

• Coordinate due diligence and compliance requirements.

• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide timely updates throughout the application process.

• Assist with the preparation of reports, submissions, and supporting documentation.

• Monitor regulatory developments and industry trends.

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions across migration, tax, corporate, and wealth planning services.

• Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, publications, webinars, and content creation.

Qualifications

We are looking for a motivated and client-focused professional with the following qualifications and attributes:

Essential Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in investment migration, immigration, private client services, compliance, legal services, or a related field.

• Excellent written and spoken English.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

• Proactive, organised, and capable of working independently.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• A degree in Law, Finance, Accountancy, Business, International Relations, or a related field.

• Experience with residency and citizenship programmes, including MPRP, GRP, residence permits, or similar international programmes.

• Knowledge of compliance, due diligence, and onboarding procedures.

• Understanding of international mobility, tax residency, wealth planning, or corporate structuring would be considered an asset.
