About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced lawyer to join New Zealand's leading banking and finance team based in Wellington. We are looking for a banking and finance solicitor with 3+ years' experience gained in New Zealand or overseas. You will be working closely with partners Guy Lethbridge, Tom Hunt and Sarah DeSourdy Hastings.

About you

The successful candidate will:

  • Have 3+ years' legal experience in banking and finance;
  • Have a strong academic record;
  • Relish playing a key role in transactions;
  • Enjoy working collaboratively; and
  • Have strong technical and commercial abilities.
