We are exporting used vehicles, motorbikes, mashinery to more than 120 countries and have recently approached into Kenyan market. • We have good, skilled international team which is driving to rapid growth, and we always ready to open new markets. - Team Our international team consist of sales, accounting, back office, IT and marketing team, which allows Japan Motor Co., Ltd work as one business Family. • In sales team fast learners with excellent performance have opportunities for quick promotion and good renumeration. • Company provides fair environment where performance and team work directly impacts salaries, evaluations, renumerations and promotions. -Responsibilities •Buy used motorcycles, cars, trucks from online auto auctions. •Be flexible for countries regulation changes and adapt easily. •Explore designated markets as import rules, potential clientele, SWOT and create appropriate strategies. •Called calls, contact potential clients for business opportunities. •Maintain customer relationships via emails, messengers, using company CRM. •Able to accoplish monthly numerical goals and sales targets. •Effective work negotiating directly with potential clientele. •Settle appropriate terms, discuss products, and positivle close deals. *Duties and tasks can be change based on company priorities and rules. - Requirements •2-5 years of experience in used car business. •Able to work in team, professional, polite, and business-minded. •Holding a valid visa to work in Japan. - Renumeration •¥250,000 to ¥850,000/month (negotiable based on experience). •Work schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Friday. •Basic salary increment possible twice a year based on performance after one year experience in company. •Comissions will be paid after pass trial time of 3 months. •Social insurance and transportation coverage. •Potential visa sponsorship for the right candidate. •120 annual holidays, including some public holidays, Golden Week, year-end holidays, etc. Work Environment •International and local employees. •Location is 2 minutes from Koku-koen station in Tokorozawa city. •Open-minded and honest environment where performance directly impacts salary, evaluations, and promotions. •Business trips within Japan and abroad if needed. •Promotion as team leader or sales manager.
