In this role, you will support Dutch-speaking clients with their travel inquiries and provide outstanding service to ensure their experiences are seamless.

Key Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist with booking requests, changes, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and prompt service.
• Provide tailored travel recommendations based on individual client preferences and needs.
• Handle customer complaints professionally, focusing on solutions and maintaining client satisfaction.
• Document client interactions and support requests accurately within our CRM system.
• Stay informed on industry trends and travel-related information to offer valuable insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, travel support, or a similar role preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a dedicated focus on excellent customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and booking systems is considered a plus.
• Must be willing to relocate to Athens, with all relocation costs covered by the company.
