Fokker Techniek specializes in MRO (Maintance, Repair, and Overhaul) services, handling everything from minor repairs to extensive inspections under EASA's Design Organisation Approval (DOA). Fokker Techniek can manage the complete design and development process in-house, including certification and flight testing. Over de functie

As a Licensed Engineer, you'll be the driving force behind heavy maintenance, modifications, and return-to-service operations. You'll work in compliance with EASA Part 145 regulations, take on fault analyses, supervise junior colleagues, and prepare aircraft systems and engines for independent test runs. From D-checks to private jet metamorphosis—your expertise keeps us flying high.

Wie ben jij?

You:

• Certified with an EASA Part-66 B1 and/or B2 AML, preferably type-rated on A320, A330 (CEO/NEO), and/or B737NG.
• Able to perform A, B, C, and D-checks (C- and D-check experience is an advantage).
• Equipped with a comprehensive logbook.
• Comfortable using technical English.
• A team player who brings precision, initiative, and a solutions-first mindset.
• Interested in permanent employment, not freelance or contractor roles.

? Contract & Schedule

• Year 1: 12-month contract via WFS PRO.
• Year 2+: Direct employment at Fokker Techniek.
• Two shift pattern or rotation shift pattern possible (3 weeks on / 1 week off, 10 hours/day, 5 days/week).
• Overtime paid according to Metalektro CLA rates.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross salary starting from € 4380/month.
• With 14,9% shift allowance, you will earn around € 5K per month.
• Overtime compensation: Mon-Fri: 130% for the first 3.5 hrs/day, 140% after; Sat: 160%, Sun & holidays: 180%.
• Tax advantages with 30% ruling.
• Holiday allowance (approx. one month extra salary paid in May/June every year).

Relocation & Housing

• Full relocation assistance from A to Z.
• Relocation allowance: Up to € 2,500 (single) or € 5,000 (family).
• Housing support (Rent approx. € 1000-1200/month).
• Travel allowance: € 0,23 cent if you travel by car or full compensation if you travel by public transport.
