⭐ About the role:

As our Early Childhood Teacher, you’ll lead our Kindergarten program and create engaging, play-based learning environments that inspire discovery and confidence. You’ll bring creativity, care, and professionalism to every part of the role..

Key Responsibilities:

• Designing and delivering high-quality, inclusive learning programs
• Facilitating play-based learning that responds to children’s strengths and interests
• Observing and documenting children’s progress
• Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and the community
• Contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture

Who are you?

You’re passionate about early learning and dedicated to helping every child grow to their full potential. You value teamwork, open communication, and a supportive environment where both children and educators can thrive.

• An ACECQA-approved Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree or Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education
• Current Working with Children Check
• A strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Excellent communication skills and a commitment to building positive relationships
