About Us

Australia Healthcare Packing Solutions is a newly established healthcare manufacturing and packing company located in Tweed Heads, NSW, near the QLD border.

We are building our production facility from the ground up and are seeking a highly self-motivated individual to join us at day one.

This is a long-term opportunity for someone who wants to help establish a facility, build structured systems, and grow into a leadership role as the company expands.

About the Role

This is a hands-on production role.

Initially, you will be directly involved in:

• Performing product filling and related production tasks
• Packing finished goods
• Labelling and batch documentation
• Cleaning and maintaining equipment
• General warehouse and production duties
• Assisting with facility setup and workflow design
• Developing production procedures and documentation

At this stage, there are no staff reporting to you.

As the business grows, you will have the opportunity to recruit, train, and manage a production team.

Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred but not essential for candidates who demonstrate the ability and ambition to manage staff in the future.

This role requires someone comfortable performing physical production work while also contributing to system development and operational structure.

What We're Looking For

You will likely have experience in:

• Production, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, healthcare, or food packing environments
• Working within quality and documentation systems
• Following structured procedures and maintaining compliance standards

A minimum of 1+ years of production or manufacturing experience is required.

Working knowledge of quality systems and documentation is essential.

You must be:

• Highly self-motivated
• Comfortable in a startup environment
• Organised and process-driven
• Willing to lead by example
• Capable of working independently
• Able to demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and production tasks

Work Rights & Location

• Applicants must have full Australian working rights
• This role is based onsite in Tweed Heads, NSW (Operating on QLD Hours)
• Remote work is not available
• We are unable to provide visa sponsorship

Only candidates with Australian citizenship or permanent residency will be considered for this position.

Desirable (Not Essential)

• Experience with GMP, HACCP, or ISO standards
• Experience setting up a new production or warehouse facility
• Mechanical aptitude or experience with production equipment

Salary

$85,000+ plus superannuation
Final salary will be based on experience and capability.
