Crawford & Company is seeking an accomplished Senior Liability Loss Adjuster to join its established liability practice. This role offers the opportunity to manage a portfolio of complex liability claims from appointment through to resolution, while leveraging your industry relationships to support continued growth across the practice.

About You

You are a credible and market-respected liability adjuster with a strong track record managing complex claims and delivering consistent outcomes for insurers and clients. You bring sound technical capability, commercial judgement and a visible presence within the insurance market.

You will demonstrate:

• 5–10+ years’ liability loss adjusting experience
• Strong market relationships with insurers, brokers and stakeholders
• Proven expertise managing complex liability claims
• Chartered Loss Adjuster accreditation (desirable)
• A collaborative, solutions-focused approach and commitment to professional growth
