Key Responsibilities

• Provide top-tier customer support through live chat, email, and phone for our German-speaking customers.
• Respond to customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage complaints with a focus on delivering a positive experience.
• Assist users in navigating our gaming platform, ensuring they make the most of our services.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to meet service goals and uphold quality standards.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our support systems for effective follow-up.
• Engage in ongoing training to deepen your understanding of our products and improve service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills with a strong emphasis on providing excellent customer service.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous.
