At Roblox, we are growing and looking for a Product Management and Design Sourcer to help build, scale, and influence our recruiting landscape. We are a fun and collaborative team focused on recruiting talent. This person is a strong communicator, collaborator, and leads by example. Successful Builders embrace change and we encourage bringing in fresh ideas and a culture of feedback. You will directly impact the growth of the company and support our scaling efforts.

 

You Will:

  • Partner closely with Roblox recruiters and business leaders to deeply understand each team’s goals and talent needs, then identify, attract, and engage top candidates who will drive our mission forward
  • Proactively source and engage top talent through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, SeekOut, Behance, Dribbble, and other platforms
  • Influence and improve processes to help the team work smarter, faster, and at scale
  • Share talent market insights with hiring managers to guide decisions on leveling, compensation, and candidate profiles
  • Mentor and coach hiring managers and interviewers, raising the bar on calibration, evaluation, and selection practices
  • Champion a best-in-class candidate experience that reflects our values and culture at every stage of the process
  • Ensure operational excellence with clean pipelines, accurate data, and strong ATS hygiene
  • Use data and insights to diagnose bottlenecks, measure impact, and tell compelling stories to stakeholders
  • Act as a strategic thought partner to hiring leaders, bringing sourcing analytics and competitive intelligence to shape organizational growth

You Have:

  • 4+ years of top of funnel sourcing experience (Product Management & Design)
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing for Product Managers across seniority levels, domains, and functions
  • Demonstrated experience sourcing for Product Designers, Brand Designers, 3D Artists, Producers, Design Engineers and/or Creatives across seniority levels, domains, and functions
  • Proven ability to spot high quality, high craft portfolios 
  • Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines while delivering quality results
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and engaging senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets
  • A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex sourcing challenges with creativity and innovation
  • Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System to maintain candidate pipelines
  • A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy
  • A startup mentality and open to thinking outside of the box

For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits as described on this page.

Annual Salary Range
$159,260$200,630 USD

Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
