Senior Front-end Engineer

We are seeking a senior frontend engineer with a strong track record building polished React-based applications in production.

Must-haves:
- 5+ years of JavaScript or TypeScript experience, including substantial React experience.
- Prior engineering experience at a top technology company such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, OpenAI, Amazon, Apple, Stripe, or a similarly rigorous product engineering organization.
- Daily or near-daily practical experience with Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools. This is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
- Experience shipping production web applications with strong attention to performance, accessibility, responsive behavior, and maintainability.
- Strong API integration skills and comfort working with backend engineers on data contracts.
- C1 English or higher and excellent written communication for a remote, international team.
- Senior-level ownership: ability to break down ambiguous product needs, make pragmatic technical decisions, and raise the quality bar for others.

- Maintain and enhance our React web applications, including the outward-facing site, customer portal, and lawyer portal.
- Build polished components and pages with strong performance, accessibility, responsive design, and production-ready error states.
- Integrate APIs from the backend team and own robust data handling, state management, and frontend observability.
- Use Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools as part of the daily engineering workflow while carefully reviewing, testing, and validating generated code.
- Review code, mentor other frontend developers, and help keep our UI architecture, component patterns, and design implementation consistent.
- Work closely with US-based leadership and teammates in LatAm to ship high-impact product improvements quickly.

We are building a professional legal services marketplace for customers in the United States, with plans to expand into additional countries. Our team is fast-moving, warm, and international, with leadership in the US and teammates across Latin America and other regions.

This role focuses on the user experience across our outward-facing websites, customer portal, and lawyer portal. We are looking for an AI-native senior frontend engineer who has worked in a rigorous engineering culture at a top technology company such as Google, Microsoft, Meta, OpenAI, Amazon, Apple, Stripe, or a comparable product-led engineering organization. Hands-on experience using Codex, Cursor, Claude Code, or similar coding agents is a must.
