Key Responsibilities

As a German Customer Service Advisor, you will:

• Provide customer support in German via phone, email, and live chat

• Assist customers with product inquiries, troubleshooting, and account support

• Manage and track customer cases to ensure timely resolution

• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality

• Build strong professional relationships with customers

• Follow internal processes, KPIs, and service level agreements

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient issue resolution

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who have:

• Native or fluent German (C1–C2)

• Good level of English (B2+)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work in a fast-paced international environment

• Basic computer literacy and ability to quickly learn new systems

• Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support is a plus
