Description (EN)

ABOUT US

INFINNI is building the infrastructure that powers the creator economy. We’re a technology company reimagining how creators work by designing powerful, modern tools that make it simple to manage, distribute, and scale their work.

The creator economy is on track to exceed $480B by 2027, yet the software powering it is fragmented and outdated. We’re here to change that. Our ecosystem of products—trusted by the biggest names in the industry—streamlines content management, distribution, and monetization.

We’re a global team of 150+ engineers, designers, marketers, and operators with experience at Meta, TikTok, Microsoft, N26, TIER, and WeWork. United by a shared mission: to empower creators to grow across platforms and markets by centralizing their content, sales, and operations into a single connected ecosystem.

Please note: this role is prioritizing candidates based or willing to relocate to the Canary Islands.

WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS

As INFINNI grows, we launch more products, speak to more audiences, and operate across more brands—so it’s more important than ever that our product story stays grounded in real-world user needs.

As a member of INFINNI’s product marketing team, your role is to help us unify that experience. You’ll ensure our messaging remains clear, accessible, and impactful, while taking real ownership of the tasks that fuel our global success. You’ll report into the Product Marketing Lead.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Team support: Support the product marketing team in crafting messaging and positioning that resonates with our target demographic
  • Market research and competitor analysis: Collect, organize, and distribute market intelligence and competitor information to support strategic decision-making
  • Collateral creation: Assist in creating high-impact product marketing materials such as PDF guides, workshop decks, emails, blogs, and training modules
  • Beta testing and user feedback: Collect, organize, and distribute customer feedback during beta phases to directly inform messaging, content, and product improvements
  • Analytic tracking: Track key marketing and adoption metrics to help the team understand what’s working, what isn’t, and why

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Experience: 3+ years in a SaaS customer-facing role, such as customer success or customer support. While prior marketing experience is preferred, it is not a requirement
  • Language: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Spanish, French, German, or Chinese is an advantage as we scale globally
  • Proactivity: Fast learner with a high degree of curiosity. You don't wait for a manual; you dive into the product, ask questions, and are driven to master the product marketing craft
  • Collaboration: Product marketers are the bridge between the product and the rest of the company. You are committed to ensuring our teams—from Sales to Customer Success—are armed with the right information and training materials at the right time
  • Organization: You’ll be undertaking high-visibility tasks so it’s important you understand how to effectively organize and distribute information—whether that’s written or verbal

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU

  • Competitive salary: Attractive compensation and relocation package commensurate with experience and skills. Bonus Beckham Law tax rate if you are moving to Spain for the first time.
  • Remote work and yearly company offsite: We offer flexible working hours and location options.
  • Professional growth: Opportunities for career advancement and personal development in a fast-growing company.
  • Inclusive culture: Be part of a diverse and collaborative team committed to innovation and excellence.
  • Collaborative and supportive team: Working with team members who understand the importance of the work you’ll be doing.
