The Clinic
This privately-owned small animal clinic in Rowville is part of a growing independent network and offers a supportive, collaborative environment where pets and their owners come first. The clinic is easy to access by public transport and offers ample parking.

• Operates Monday to Saturday, 9am5pm (rotating Saturdays)
• Sole-charge clinic with room to develop the caseload
• Experienced Business Manager and fully staffed nursing team
• Spacious reception and waiting area
• Two consult rooms and a sterile operating theatre
• Digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and in-house pathology
• Regular visits from medical and surgical specialists
• Close collaboration with nearby hospitals for referrals and overnight care
• The clinic sees a broad range of patients, including dogs, cats, and exotics, providing a diverse and rewarding caseload.

The Role
We're looking for a caring and collaborative Associate Veterinarian who thrives in a team environment, enjoys a mix of consulting and surgery, and is passionate about delivering exceptional care.
Key responsibilities include:

• Managing medical cases , consults, follow-ups, and ongoing care
• Performing surgeries, routine and non-routine according to experience
• Building strong client relationships through clear communication and trust
• Supporting and contributing to a positive clinic culture
• Participating in clinic growth initiatives and helping improve operations
• Pursuing professional development to maintain and grow clinical skills

About You

• Veterinary degree
• 5+ years' experience in small animal practice
• Confidence in sole-charge situations
• Collaborative, approachable, and committed to fostering a positive team environment
