Creative Advertising Designer

You should have hands-on experience with graphic and motion design, and a proficient command of the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects). A background in photo or video is a plus but not required. You should bring excellent communication skills and thrive in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.
- Study design briefs, brand guidelines, and determine requirements for social media ads.
- Conceptualize visuals based on requirements and present rough drafts for review.
- Develop illustrations and motion graphics to be used in advertisements.
- Collaborate with copywriters and the creative director to finalize designs.
- Maintain a consistent flow of design assets for the Advertising team across various channels.

Lucyd is a fully-remote, fast-growing advertising agency that partners with leading wellness brands with socially conscious missions. You will contribute to high-visibility, direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns by designing still and motion visuals for paid social ads. Working closely with a strategist, media buyer, and account manager, you’ll translate design briefs and brand guidelines into compelling creative assets that perform in social channels.
You’ll help establish a consistent design voice across multiple clients, ensuring timely delivery of creative concepts for testing and optimization. Your work will span cross-channel social formats, including static images, short motion clips, and illustrations that resonate with today’s brands and consumers while maintaining brand integrity.
