• 1 to 5 years in operations coordination, dispatching, scheduling, or administrative support.

You keep the day-to-day moving. You coordinate schedules and dispatching, keep trackers and records accurate, and handle customer and vendor communication so nothing slips. You execute and support the processes the team relies on, escalating what needs a decision rather than owning the area yourself. This role fits an organized, reliable operator early in their operations career who owns their tasks end to end and uses AI to move faster.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate schedules, dispatching, and day-to-day operational tasks end to end.
• Keep spreadsheets, trackers, and records accurate and current.
• Handle customer and vendor communication promptly and clearly.
• Follow up so commitments and handoffs do not slip through the cracks.
• Use AI tools to speed up repetitive work like data entry, summaries, and follow-ups.
• Flag risks and blockers early to the operations lead.

Puente Talent Partners connects top Latin American professionals with growing US companies. This role is for one of our US clients, and you would be joining their team directly while being supported by Puente through the hiring process. Our client is a startup or mid-market US company that needs its day-to-day coordinated tightly: scheduling, dispatching, follow-up, and clean records. They need a dependable coordinator who keeps things moving and uses AI to handle the repetitive load instead of drowning in it. You will join a lean operations team led by an operations lead who sets the processes and makes the strategic decisions. Your seat is the execution layer that keeps everything moving, freeing the lead to focus on bigger bets. The culture is fast-moving, feedback-rich, and remote-first, with daily check-ins and shared trackers that keep everyone aligned across time zones.

This is a full-time, fully-remote role paid as an independent contractor. You will work Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Central Time (40 hours per week). Compensation is set at $1,000 to $1,500 USD per month, paid bi-weekly. You will receive a company-provided laptop and have access to AI tools and automation budgets.
