You will open and manage work orders in the DOLI installation platform as new jobs arrive, then schedule appointments across multiple service territories by phone, email, and spreadsheet. You will call every unconfirmed customer at end of day to lock in their appointment, leaving a voicemail when needed and following up the next morning. You will send pre-written customer messages matched to each booked job type and email retail stores daily with the exact list of appliances to be picked up the following day, ensuring zero missed pickups.
