Ko wai mātau | Who we are

Enable New Zealand is a Crown-owned entity on a mission; to support disabled people in Aotearoa to live everyday lives in their communities. We do this by effectively managing access to equipment, modifications and information services on behalf of Disability Support Services (DSS) – Ministry of Social Development (MSD) and the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC).

With our head office centrally located in Palmerston North, we deliver services to thousands of New Zealanders each year as Aotearoa's largest disability equipment provider.

Mō tēnei tūranga mahi | About this role

We have a fixed-term, full-time opportunity for an experienced Data Analyst to join our busy Innovation and Technology team ending 30 June 2027.

This role works across the organization and is crucial to ensuring that raw data is turned into actionable insights, helping us deliver on our vision for our customers of a non-disabling Aotearoa. An understanding of Government disability funding models and the Enabling Good Lives (EGL) framework would be an advantage but is not essential.

We’re also in the middle of implementing a modern data platform, so it’s an exciting time to help Enable New Zealand to improve our data and reporting capabilities.

Ngā mahi haepapa | Role responsibilities

  • Data engineering and reporting across various sources.
  • Improve data quality through designing and implementing efficient processes.
  • Work across the organisation and with key external stakeholders on shared and common data reporting needs.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualisations to share insights.

To learn more about the role itself, you can view the job description on BambooHR. To learn more about who we are and what we do, visit the Enable New Zealand website.

Applications close: Friday 13 March 2026
