  • At least 4 years of experience in tax research, tax preparation, or product/business analysis at a mid-level capacity.
  • C1 English level or higher.
  • Solid background or strong professional interest in state, federal individual, or corporate tax rules.
  • Proven experience writing clear, structured technical documentation, requirements, or specifications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a high attention to detail and ability to translate complex regulations into structured logic.
  • Hands-on experience with Tax Compliance, Technical Writing, Requirements Gathering, UAT Testing, testing.

  • Provide input on the design and functionality of internal tools to streamline tax rule integration.
The Product Tax Analyst plays a vital role in bridging the gap between tax subject-matter expertise and product development. In this collaborative, mid-level position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Development, and Quality Assurance, to ensure that new features and state tax implementations meet precise requirements. Your day-to-day work will involve researching state tax rules, writing clear technical specifications, and translating complex tax regulations into actionable requirements for developers. Additionally, you will participate in hands-on testing to validate functionality, helping to shape internal tools and directly impacting the final user experience.
