What you’ll do

Manage scheduling, follow-ups, and accurate record keeping
Coordinate communication with stakeholders and team members globally

Participate in weekly training and team sessions
Contribute to ongoing process improvement and operational support

5+ years’ professional workplace experience
Background in coordination, administration, operations support, HR/People support, client support, or executive-level assistance
