This is a rare opportunity to have a seat at the table where commercial ambition meets genuine customer impact in factory digitalization. You will own NavVis' most strategic automotive relationship in EMEA, managing and growing key OEM accounts, while actively hunting new logos. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Win & Expand: Hunt new automotive OEM logos across EMEA while driving upsell and cross-sell within your existing account portfolio — owning the full commercial lifecycle.
- Shape the Automotive GTM Strategy: Define and drive NavVis' go-to-market approach for the automotive sector in EMEA — identifying market opportunities, refining our positioning, and setting the commercial direction for long-term growth.
- Be the Customer's Voice: Advocate internally for your clients' priorities, feeding insights into product, support, and leadership to shape NavVis' roadmap.
- Navigate Complexity: Build consensus from plant floor to C-suite, turning multi-stakeholder organizations into long-term NavVis partners.
- Lead through Influence: Orchestrate cross-functional teams — Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Product — to deliver tailored solutions and flawless execution.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE
- In-depth Enterprise/Strategic Account Management experience, selling complex SaaS or HW/SW solutions into major automotive OEMs.
- Solid grasp of factory digitalization, Industry 4.0, and digital twin concepts; experience with CAD, BIM, or PLM is a strong plus
- Proven ability to close new logos and grow existing accounts through structured, multi-year account planning — with the commercial rigor to own, articulate, and communicate that plan across NavVis' internal teams, turning it into a shared roadmap.
- Sharp commercial instincts — ability to think long-term, develop compelling business cases, and negotiate complex, high-value contracts.
- Native-level German and professional English are required; French is a real advantage
- Based in Munich, with willingness to travel across EMEA
