ServiceNow Developer (AI & Platform Configuration)

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer who will be responsible for developing, configuring, and customizing ServiceNow solutions while supporting AI-driven capabilities, workflow automation, and platform enhancements.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript and GlideScript.
• Develop workflows, business rules, client scripts, and platform customizations.
• Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer.
• Configure and maintain CMDB, including data modeling and population.
• Deliver AI-enabled capabilities using Now Assist and Agentic AI workflows.
• Execute testing, troubleshoot defects, and support production-ready deployments.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Technical Consultants, and project stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Provide regular project updates and proactively identify delivery risks.

Qualification & Experience

• A Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
• 4–8 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in: ServiceNow Platform Configuration, JavaScript & GlideScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts & UI Policies, CMDB configuration and data modeling, Workflow automation and integrations, Testing, defect triage, and issue resolution
• Experience with Now Assist and AI-powered workflow development is highly desirable.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) – Required
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) – Preferred
• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) – Completed or in progress
