Executive English Coach

ALC Press Inc., based in Shinagawa, Tokyo is looking for experienced native English-speaking coaches to join our coaching program. They will be coaching mid-level management employees up to CEOs. The coaching sessions are 30 minutes per client and will either be once a week or twice a week depending on the client's level and request. Sessions begin at 0700 - 2200 including the weekends. Assignments will be based on your schedule, and each client will have approximately 13 weeks for their program. There are cases in which the client may wish to switch dates and times, so we do ask for a little flexibility from the instructors. Most of the coaching will take place online via Zoom, but there are a few instances when face-to-face sessions are requested. For classes that are once a week, 20 minutes (at 4000 yen per hour) will be paid for preparation, set-up, feedback, etc. For twice a week classes, 70 minutes will be paid (at 4000 yen per hour) for preparation, set-up, and feedback because these sessions are individually customized to the client's specifications. All instructors will get a Microsoft ID to use with their personal computers. Training will be set at 3500 per hour. -Must be a native English speaker -Having experience in multiple industries is an asset. -Duties will include coaching, preparing, giving feedback, report writing and some administration. -Applicants must be professional, tech-savvy, experienced coaches that are motivated, and have some business experience or knowledge of Japanese business practices.
