Required: 1.5+ years experience as a software engineer with experience designing, developing and launching backend systems. Proficiency in Python or Kotlin. Familiarity with distributed systems building blocks and technologies like AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes. Ability to translate business scenarios into solutions involving multiple software components. Comfortable navigating large code bases, debugging others' code, and providing feedback through code reviews. Demonstrated ownership of personal growth and strong verbal and written communication skills supporting global team collaboration.
