Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with the booking process, including making, modifying, and canceling reservations.
• Troubleshoot any booking-related issues and offer effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure accurate documentation of all customer interactions in the CRM system for ongoing support and improvement.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex customer issues promptly.
• Stay informed on company services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate advice and information to customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken), with proficiency in English as an additional advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the travel or hospitality industries.
