French Speaking Customer Service Representative for Food Delivery Platform

Mercier Consultancy is excited to offer an opportunity for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative for our Client's Food Delivery Platform, based in Greece. In this engaging role, you will provide exceptional support to our French-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and ensuring a seamless food delivery experience.

Your fluency in French will be essential in assisting clients with order details, delivery status, and helping resolve any issues that may arise. By delivering outstanding customer service, you will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our users and the success of our food delivery service.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service in French via phone, email, and chat regarding food delivery inquiries
• Assist customers with placing orders, tracking deliveries, and handling any issues
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure timely food delivery and service quality
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our platform and services
• Stay informed about menu offerings, promotions, and restaurant partnerships

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, with excellent communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in food delivery or hospitality, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Passion for food and helping customers enjoy their dining experiences
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
