Part Time Daycare Support (Nagoya)

We are expanding our team and looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our part-time daycare staff at our Nagoya (Irinaka Station) and Noritake schools. If you're passionate about working with young children and have afternoons free, this is the perfect opportunity for you! About the Role: Our shifts are exclusively between 12:30 PM - 6:30 PM (no morning or weekend shifts available) Responsibilities: Supervise nap times, park play, arts and crafts, and snacks. Attend to basic care needs. Engage with children in a supportive, English-speaking environment. Requirements: Valid Japan visa permitting work. Proficiency in English. Positive, collaborative attitude and good communication skills. Reliable transportation. Customer service experience is a plus. Passion for improving children's education and care. Bonus Skills: Musical proficiency. Ability to speak Japanese, Mandarin Chinese, or other languages. First aid qualifications. Preschool, Kindergarten, or Early Childhood Education (ECE) qualifications. What We Offer: Hourly Wage: ¥1,200 starting, up to ¥1,230 based on performance. Transportation Coverage: Up to ¥40,000. Paid Leave: Based on days worked. Social Security Enrollment: For those working 20+ hours/week (conditions apply).
