- Staff-accounting experience supporting US-based books or clients.
- Comfortable working independently in QuickBooks without training on the basics.
- Solid grasp of reconciliations, accruals, close support, and financial statement preparation.
- Strong written English for client-facing communication and internal coordination.
- Ability to work carefully and hit deadlines during busy close periods.
You will prepare and post journal entries with proper support and review discipline every day. You will own reconciliations for bank, credit card, and balance sheet accounts, making sure each ties out cleanly and on schedule. During month-end you will support close tasks, produce accurate internal financial reports, and surface open questions early so friction disappears. You will review transactions and account activity for errors, unusual movement, or missing documentation and fix them before review.
