Hematology / Medical Oncology Physician – Altoona, Pennsylvania
Hospital-Based | Clinical Trials | Visa Sponsorship Available
Clinical Opportunity
A leading, physician-led health system is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Hematologist/Medical Oncologist to join a busy, growing cancer program in Altoona, Pennsylvania.
This position is ideal for physicians committed to high-quality, patient-centered care with a strong interest in clinical trials and evidence-based oncology. J-1 waiver and H-1B sponsorship (post–J-1) candidates are welcome to apply.
Practice Overview
- Join as the 4th physician in a well-established medical oncology practice
- Practice located in a spacious, new cancer center on the hospital campus
- Strong infrastructure with:
- Advanced Practice Providers
- Specialized oncology nurses
- Dedicated lab, pharmacy, and support staff
- Integrated, physician-led network with robust growth
- Mix of:
- Outpatient oncology care
- Inpatient medical oncology consults
- Chemotherapy, lab, and supportive therapy visits
- Schedule:
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Shared call among physician colleagues
