This is an exciting opportunity to join a St John of God Midland Private Hospital at the opening of the hospital in August 2026. We are seeking experienced and motivated Registered Nurses, to join our Cardiac Cath Lab to help shape high‑quality patient care within a modern, purpose‑built environment.

You will be part of a founding clinical team, contributing to the establishment of best‑practice models of care while delivering safe, effective and patient‑centred critical care services.

Successful applicants will hold current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse and have clinical experience preferably working within a Cardiac Cath lab. You will demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and possess well‑developed communication, problem‑solving, negotiation and conflict‑resolution skills.

A strong understanding of relevant legislation, professional standards and codes of practice is essential, along with a clear commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous improvement. You will bring a patient‑focused, quality‑driven approach to care and consistently deliver high standards of clinical practice.

About the new Midland Private Hospital

• A brand-new purpose-built state-of-the-art facility, currently under construction, located just 300 metres from the St John of God Midland Public and Private Hospitals Campus.
• A comprehensive range of medical and surgical services, with interventional cardiology being offered for the first time in the region
• The hospital will feature:
  • 96 overnight inpatient beds, including a six-bed critical care/high dependency unit.
  • 33-bed/chair short stay and day procedure unit
  • Eight operating theatres.
  • A cardiac/vascular catheter laboratory

We can offer you

• Salary: $82,945 - $106,630 per annum, pro rata, plus 12% superannuation
• Permanent Part time, contracted hours to be negotiated up to 70 hours a fortnight
