We’ve exported vehicles to over 100 countries and have recently expanded into third-country trade. Fast learners and high performers have opportunities for quick promotion. ■Responsibilities •Research assigned markets: demand, import rules, client prospects, competitors, and strategies. •Contact potential clients to start or repeat business. •Maintain customer relationships via calls and emails. •Negotiate terms, discuss products, and close sales. •Assist customers with business transactions. •Review and aim to exceed monthly sales targets. *Tasks and assignments may change based on company priorities. ■Requirements •1-2 years of online car sales experience. •Professional, articulate, and business-minded. •Valid visa to work in Japan. ■Salary & Benefits •¥260,000 to ¥500,000/month (negotiable based on experience). •Work schedule: 5 days a week, Monday to Saturday, 8-hour shifts between 8 am-8 pm. •Salary raise possible twice a year based on performance after completing 1 year. •Bonuses for full-time employees, eligible after 1 year •Social insurance and transportation coverage. •Potential visa sponsorship for the right candidate. •120 annual holidays, including some public holidays, Golden Week, year-end holidays, and more. ■Work Environment •84 employees (as of April 2026), with 14 foreign staff from countries including France, Canada, Switzerland, Portugal, Peru, Tanzania, Zambia... •Located near Shibuya Station. •Planned relocation near Gotanda Station in the middle of May •Company social events such as BBQ, sports event ■How to Apply Submit your experience and past job performance.
