ConsultANZ is seeking a Site Manager to lead civil and water infrastructure projects in the Solomon Islands. This fixed‑term role oversees site operations, manages teams, and ensures safe, timely, high‑quality delivery, with a competitive expat package and valuable international experience.

Responsibilities:
- Lead site activities across pipeline, hydro, and civil works.
- Supervise subcontractors and local labour teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Monitor progress against schedules and provide regular updates to project leadership.
- Resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain productivity.
- Build strong relationships with suppliers, communities, and stakeholders.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
- Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of proven site management experience in civil, water, and building projects.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams.
- Solid technical knowledge of construction methodologies and project delivery.
- Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in remote environments.
- Willingness to relocate and commit to overseas assignments.
- Base salary $170k–$210k, plus car, housing and utilities allowance, medical insurance, and travel support.
- Enjoy 6 weeks of annual leave, along with 6 flights annually (about one week off every 8 weeks).
- Fixed‑term contract with potential for ongoing work across the Pacific region.
