- Base Salary: $104,539 - $138,391 (p.a.)
- Total Effective Package: $127,863 - $167,805 (p.a.)*

About the role
This role will work with young Aboriginal men and women to engage them in Congress and Australian Drug Foundation programs and services. The purpose of this role is to support and strengthen the activities of the Redtails/Pinktails Right Tracks program through partnerships and engagement with Central Australian sporting clubs to promote healthier social norms around use of alcohol and other drugs, violence and responsibility for actions as well as achieve the coordination and integration of primary health care services, education and training.

To be considered for this position, you will require:
- Experience in leading, developing and maintaining effective networks, alliances and relationships with families, individuals, communities, sporting clubs and health sector organisations
- Accepted as a role model by the community
- Demonstrated experience in engaging and working closely with Aboriginal youth
- Demonstrated experience in remote community engagement, collaboration and relationship development
- Experience in coordinating community events with a variety of stakeholders, including planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation
- Demonstrated ability to use a computer and its applications at a high standard
- Current NT Drivers License.
- Willingness to adhere to the Congress Smoke Free Workplace Policy.
- Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations.
