Join Our Team as a Kids' English Teacher in Osaka! We are a foreigner-owned English school in Kita-Horie, Osaka, dedicated to providing high-quality English education in a fun and engaging environment. Position Details: Job Type: Full-time Start Date: To start in March or April 2026 Locations: Kita-Horie (Nishi-ku) Work Days: Tuesday - Saturday Work Hours: Primarily 12:00 - 21:00, with some days 9:00 - 18:00 Actual Teaching Hours: ~5 hours per day Class Type: Small group and individual lessons for children in a fun, friendly environment Lesson Planning: Teachers create and execute their own lesson plans within our structured curriculum Other Duties: Occasional off-site lessons, team collaboration, and independent class management What We Offer: Salary: ¥270,000 - ¥290,000 per month (based on qualifications, experience, and Japanese ability) Benefits: •Enrollment in Shakai Hoken (healthcare & pension) and employment insurance •Transportation allowance (up to ¥10,000/month) •Training and professional development opportunities •Potential for career growth and leadership roles •A supportive and fun team environment in a foreigner-run company Who We’re Looking For: •Native English speaker •Currently residing in Japan with a valid work visa (visa sponsorship available) •Experience teaching young children in a classroom setting •Strong classroom management and communication skills •Self-motivated and reliable, with excellent time management skills •Desirable but not required: -Teaching certifications (e.g., CELTA, TEFL) -Japanese language proficiency Application Process: Please send a cover letter and resume via gaijinpot.
