Account Sales Representative

As an Account Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding LTP Import Export B.V.'s presence across the European food wholesale market. You will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, and other B2B customers, helping them source high-quality Asian and European food and beverage products that meet their business needs.
You will proactively identify and approach new business opportunities, build your own customer portfolio, and generate sales through outbound prospecting, networking, and cold calling. By understanding each customer's market and product requirements, you will provide tailored product recommendations, negotiate commercial agreements, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from the initial contact through to order fulfilment.
Working closely with internal teams, you will ensure smooth communication, timely deliveries, and long-term customer satisfaction. Your ability to build trust, communicate effectively, and develop lasting partnerships will be essential in driving business growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
· Build, manage, and grow your own portfolio of B2B customers across the food and beverage industry.
· Proactively generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and other lead generation activities.
· Identify customer needs, present suitable products, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets and KPIs.
· Prepare sales quotations, sales confirmations, and order documentation accurately and efficiently.
· Maintain customer records, manage follow-ups, and resolve customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
· Support marketing campaigns by converting leads into new business opportunities.
· Monitor market trends and customer demand, providing valuable insights to the purchasing team.
Requirements:
· Applicants must have native-level proficiency in Mandarin or Vietnamese and fluent in English;
· Minimal HBO level;
· 2-3 years’ experience in relative business development or marketing role;
· Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred;
· Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills;
· You are genuinely passionate about building a career in sales and are motivated to achieve results in a customer-focused, target-driven environment.
