Independent Chef I

We are New Asaka Sushi Enschede B.V., a global restaurant,

looking passionate Independent Working Chef Level I to join team. Are you

askilled chef who thrives in the kitchen chef, you will be responsible for the

preparation and presentation of dishes and meal components. You

will under the guidance of our head chef or owner but can independently

manage the kitchen when needed. Additionally you will collaborate with

fellow chefs and, if required kitchen assistants.You will follow established

guidelines regarding ingredients, recipes, working methods, and

presentation. Our restaurant is located at: Zuiderhagen 53, 7511GK

Your Responsibilities:

• Selecting and preparing (washing, cutting, mixing, etc.)
• Conducting intermediate checks (doneness, taste, color, etc.) and making adjustments as needed.
• Ensuring consistent quality and hygiene.
• Supervising the work of kitchen assistants and making corrections where necessary.
• Keeping track of stock levels, ordering ingredients, and checking deliveries.
• Daily cleaning of the work environment, kitchen equipment, and workstations.
• Reporting technical faults and resolving minor issues.
• Providing input regarding the composition and adjustments of menus, the menu list, and working methods
