🏫🌸 We are seeking an ALT for the new school year starting in April 2026!
Position Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree (required for visa eligibility)
• Ability to relocate to Nagano Prefecture
• Passion for inspiring children to enjoy learning English through fun, movement, and creative interaction
• Commitment to fulfill the contract period
Preferred Qualifications:
• Conversational proficiency in Japanese
• Experience teaching or working with young children
• TEFL/TESOL/CELTA certification
• Valid Japanese driver’s license or International Driving Permit (IDP)
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with Japanese Teachers of English (JTE) to deliver engaging lessons
• Create a fun and engaging classroom environment tailored for younger learners, including songs, games, gestures, and visual tools
• Foster international awareness and cross-cultural understanding among students
• Lead extracurricular activities such as English Camps, debate competitions, and other special projects
• Provide cross-cultural insights and language training for Japanese English teachers
Contract Period:
- April 2026 – March 2027
The contract may be renewed based on performance and availability.
Conditions of employment:
- Salary 2,470,000 yen –3,000,000 yen/year
Working days and hours:
- Monday to Friday 8:15 am - 4:45 pm (Break: 45-60 minutes) *Depending on school

We hire ALTs and dispatch them to local schools.
