Growth / Performance Marketer

• 2+ years running paid media campaigns with real budget, and results you can explain with numbers.
• Demonstrable command of Meta Ads and Google Ads: campaign structure, audiences, creatives and bidding
• A metrics mindset: CAC, LTV, CPL and ROAS are part of your daily vocabulary, and you can tell a campaign that brings leads from one that brings customers.
• Hands-on with measurement tooling: GA4, Meta Business Manager, Google Tag Manager and a disciplined UTM convention.
• Strong writing: ad copy, landing copy and clear briefs for freelancers. In this role, writing is half the job.
• AI as your default way of working (ChatGPT, Claude or equivalent) for creatives, copy, analysis and research, with the judgment to review what they produce.
• Real autonomy: nobody will assign you daily tasks. We agree on goals and you decide how to get there.
• English for reading platform documentation, case studies and release notes.
• Commercial judgment: understanding that the goal is pipeline, not traffic.

• Plan, launch and optimize Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns with your own budget.
• Own acquisition metrics (CPL, CAC, conversion to demo and to customer): measure them, report them and act on them.
• Manage content freelancers (UGC, explainer videos, posts): briefs, calendar, feedback and quality control.
• Build and optimize landing pages and conversion flows: offer, copy, form and follow-up.
• Experiment with emerging channels: ChatGPT Ads, answer-engine optimization (AEO) and whatever comes next.
• Set up and maintain tracking: pixels, conversion events, UTMs and attribution. What isn't measured doesn't get optimized.
• Run organic and brand presence: LinkedIn, product content and customer stories.
• Work directly with the founder on positioning, messaging and how we frame the offer.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for the first marketing hire on the team. This is not a role where you execute someone else's strategy: you will own Attic's acquisition channel. You define it, run it with your own budget, and see the impact on pipeline the same week.

Acquisition at Attic is founder-led today. Your job is to turn it into an engine that no longer depends on one person.
