Engineering Manager - Content Platform

We make sure that everything—from licensed tracks to creator submissions and user-generated content—is delivered in a way that’s trusted, safe, and high quality at global scale. Our work sits at the heart of Spotify’s ecosystem, shaping how content is ingested, understood, governed, and distributed.

We’re seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team focused on delivering content across Spotify’s ecosystem—ensuring that metadata and media flow efficiently and reliably from a wide range of internal systems to our apps and partner platforms. This work underpins every play, recommendation, and interaction, requiring systems that are scalable, observable, and resilient.
