Must-haves

5+ years of relevant experience implementing or consulting on financial software, ERP financial modules, or comparable business applications.
Strong practical knowledge of Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable processes.
Hands-on experience configuring financial software as part of customer implementations.
Experience across multiple stages of the implementation lifecycle, such as discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing/UAT, training, Go-Live, and post-production support.
Strong customer-facing consulting skills and the ability to communicate confidently with Finance stakeholders.
Ability to understand business requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend appropriate functional solutions.
Strong ownership, organization, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
Advanced English for regular interaction with international customers and teams.

Lead functional activities throughout financial software implementations, from discovery and requirements gathering through configuration, testing, training, and Go-Live.
Work directly with customers to understand their Finance and Accounting processes, challenges, and business requirements.
Configure financial software based on customer requirements and agreed solution designs.
Apply Finance, Accounting, and Accounts Payable knowledge to recommend practical solutions and best practices.
Facilitate discovery sessions and translate business requirements into functional system configurations.
Support testing and UAT, troubleshoot functional issues, and help customers resolve process or configuration gaps.
Deliver customer training and support adoption of the implemented solution.
Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Technical Consultants, developers, and other implementation stakeholders.
Communicate risks, dependencies, issues, and customer needs clearly throughout the implementation.
Manage functional responsibilities across different customer engagements while maintaining quality and ownership.
