Job Title: German Customer Service Representative – Greece (Work From Home or Relocation Support Offered)

Location: Greece – Remote work possible from Athens , relocation support provided

Job Description:
We are looking for a German-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our international team in Greece. You will provide support to customers via phone, email, or chat, ensuring high-quality service and effective problem resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries in German (and occasionally in English)

• Provide information about products and services

• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently

• Maintain a professional, friendly, and empathetic attitude

• Cooperate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Native or fluent level of German

• Good level of English (B1+ or higher)

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Previous experience in customer service is a plus

• EU passport or eligibility to work in Greece
