Dutch-Speaking Digital Ads Sales & Onboarding Specialist

Are you ready to accelerate your career in the heart of the digital marketing industry? We are looking for motivated, Dutch-speaking professionals to join our international team in Barcelona. This is a unique opportunity to work on high-profile digital advertising projects, focusing on the Benelux market.

Depending on your professional background and strengths, you will be considered for one of two key functions within the department:

Option 1: Sales Executive (New Business)

  • Identify and engage with potential new business clients via outbound activities.
  • Analyze business needs and propose tailored digital advertising solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain a consistent sales pipeline to drive revenue growth.

Option 2: Onboarding Account Manager (Growth & Retention)

  • Manage and onboard a diverse portfolio of new accounts.
  • Optimize and develop advertising campaigns to ensure long-term client success.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and performance improvements to increase investment.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships to ensure high retention rates and reduce churn.

What You Bring

  • Native-level Dutch (C2) and professional fluency in English (C1).
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or client-facing environments.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a relationship-driven approach.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and pipeline management.
  • A proactive, results-oriented mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
  • Knowledge of the Benelux business culture and digital marketing trends is a plus.
