Delivering the best Spotify experience, everywhere and every time. Spotify’s ability to deliver seamless listening experiences depends on strong partnerships across hardware, audio technology, and connected device ecosystems. In this role, you’ll help shape how users experience Spotify across speakers, listening devices, and emerging audio technologies through strategic partnerships, technical integrations, and ecosystem collaboration.

You’ll strengthen and evolve Spotify’s hardware and audio ecosystem and evolve Spotify’s hardware and audio ecosystem by driving high-quality integrations and advancing technical partnerships that improve user experience. This role operates within a broader ecosystem direction and partners closely with cross-functional teams to execute against defined priorities, while contributing to the evolution of Spotify’s hardware and audio partnerships.
The United States base range for this position is $143,511 to $205,015, plus equity. The benefits available for this position include health insurance, six month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, paid sick leave. These ranges may be modified in the future.
