The firm has a global headcount of around 80 people and manages a diverse platform spanning public equities, private markets, thematic strategies, and bespoke institutional solutions. The team is collegiate, international, and highly client‑focused.

Role Responsibilities

• Lead institutional fundraising across Italy, acting as the key contact for pension funds, foundations, private banks, and consultants.
• Raise capital across a broad product suite, covering both public markets and private markets offerings.
• Shape and execute fundraising campaigns, roadshows, and targeted LP strategies.
• Partner with the investment and product teams to tailor messaging and respond to due‑diligence requests.
• Represent the firm at major conferences and industry events across Europe.

Role Requirements

• Extensive experience raising capital from Italian institutional investors.
• Strong understanding of both public and private market strategies.
• Native or fluent Italian speaker with deep LP relationships.
• Confident working in a lean, client‑centric environment.
• London‑based, with visa sponsorship available.
