Key Responsibilities:

This is a supervisory role that requires regular site attendance and working at heights. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

Supervising roofing works across the Cairns region.
Ensuring quality, safety and compliance on all sites.
Conducting site measures and QA inspections.
Managing subcontractors and liaising with site managers.
Resolving on-site issues efficiently.
Supporting scheduling and completion processes.
Performing hands-on repairs where required.

Essential Skills:

To be successful, you must have:

Trade qualification as a Roof Plumber (essential).
Strong knowledge of roofing installation and compliance.
Supervisory or leadership experience.
Excellent communication and client management skills.
Strong safety focus.
Physical capability to perform roofing inspections and site tasks.
You must be comfortable climbing ladders, working at heights and operating in varied weather conditions.
