Your Main Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the friendly voice representing world-famous brands in industries like technology, travel, fashion, or entertainment.

Assisting customers via incoming phone calls, emails, or live chat (no cold calling).
Helping users resolve account issues, track shipments, or troubleshoot technical queries.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by providing helpful, polite, and efficient support.
Working closely with an international team of colleagues from across Europe.

What We Are Looking For
