Position Summary
The Director, Growth Marketing leads DataSpring’s growth marketing function and is accountable for translating company objectives into segment-based strategies, integrated campaigns, events, performance marketing, and measurable business outcomes. This role sets the function’s priorities, operating model, annual planning inputs, budget recommendations, performance expectations, and team accountability across payer and provider markets.

As part of DataSpring’s segment-based growth marketing model, this role directly owns the provider segment strategy, including provider buyers and clinician/profile manager audiences, and oversees growth marketing execution across both payer and provider segments.
