This role exists because the current PM and Head of Product are leaving. The new hire will take full ownership of the existing core product — Europe's #1 primary data collection platform for dairy — to scale it into new markets and commodities.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally at an early-stage company, with strong prioritization skills for managing trade-offs between customer needs, technical debt, and new features. They're comfortable leading a dedicated engineering and design squad, have enough technical acumen to discuss system design and data models, and are motivated by the sustainability mission — someone hands-on and proactive in a resource-constrained startup environment.

What We're Looking For

4 years of B2B SaaS product management experience, ideally at an early-stage company
Experience in adjacent complex B2B industries like healthcare, insurance, or logistics
Previously shipped products in a resource-constrained, early-stage startup environment
Demonstrated ability to go deep on complex methodologies (e.g., scientific calculations, regulatory frameworks)
Active use of modern AI tools (e.g., for synthesis, prototyping) in your PM workflow
Mission-driven, with a genuine, stated interest in sustainability or agriculture
High ownership mentality
Willing to work on-site in Berlin
